➤ Why should I buy from My Projectors?

We are Australia’s trusted AV specialists. We provide personalised guidance on projector and screen compatibility, including ALR screens. We are Australian owned and buy only from authorised Australian distributors. Every item includes an Australian manufacturer’s warranty. All products are brand new and factory sealed. There are no grey imports and no refurbished stock. We offer same day or next day dispatch whenever possible. We have served thousands of customers as an eBay PowerSeller since 2005 and AV specialists since 2009. We provide quick responses, strong after-sales support, and free shipping insurance. There are no credit card surcharges, including AMEX. Every order includes a GST tax invoice. ABN 36 241 278 402.

➤ Are your products brand new?

Yes. All stock is 100% brand new, factory sealed, and sourced from trusted Australian distributors.

➤ Do you sell second hand or refurbished products?

No. We only sell brand new items. We do not sell second hand, refurbished, or ex-display stock.

➤ Are your products grey imports or overseas models?

No. Every item is a genuine Australian model with an official Australian manufacturer’s warranty.

➤ Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Each product includes an Australian manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty length is shown in the product listing.

➤ How long will delivery take?

Sydney, Brisbane or Gold Coast Metro, and Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days.
Adelaide Metro: 2–3 business days.
Hobart Metro: 3–5 business days.
Perth: 4–6 business days.
Darwin: 5–8 business days.
Remote areas or bulky items such as projector screens may require extra time.

➤ Which couriers do you use?

We primarily use Australia Post and TNT / FedEx for items under 5kg cubic weight, plus Allied Express, Couriers Please, Cope Sensitive, Direct Freight, Aramex/Fastway, Star Track Express, Sensitive Freight, and Toll Ipec.

➤ What happens if I am not home for delivery?

Couriers may attempt redelivery or take your parcel to a nearby collection point. Australia Post items can be collected from your local post office. Please provide a street address as couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

➤ Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $300 with a cubic weight under 5kg ship free to metro areas of major cities. Bulky or heavy items, remote deliveries, and products such as projector screens, commercial TVs, and digital signage may incur freight charges.

➤ Are shipments insured?

Yes. Free shipping insurance is included with every order.

➤ How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal with no surcharge. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We also accept Direct Bank Transfer, cheques, and money orders. Approved education, government, corporate and selected business customers may request a credit account. We do not store credit card details after payment.

➤ Is my payment secure?

Yes. Transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We maintain PCI compliance with independent quarterly audits. Our hosting is recognised by Visa and Mastercard as PCI compliant. Our infrastructure uses SAS 70 Type II certified servers with advanced security measures and hardware firewalls.

➤ What are your payment terms?

Payment is required within seven days of purchase. Goods remain the property of My Projectors until paid in full. Orders cancelled before dispatch after payment is processed incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the purchase price.

➤ How do I make a warranty claim?

➤ What is your returns policy?

Change of mind – refunds are not offered. For new unopened items returned within five days, a 15% restocking fee applies. Projector screens have separate fees as outlined below.
Dead on Arrival – notify us within three days and return the item in original packaging within five days. We will arrange pickup. If you use your own courier, we will reimburse a reasonable shipping amount.
Warranty period items found not faulty – an $85 inspection and processing fee applies. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost.

➤ What are the projector screen restocking fees?

Unopened return or order cancellation: 20% restocking fee plus freight charges.
Opened packaging or broken seal: 40% restocking fee.
Exchanges for unopened products: 10% restocking fee plus freight charges.

➤ Do you have any legal or intellectual property terms?

My Projectors may request credit card verification from buyers. Items remain our property until paid in full. We provide general sales information and cannot guarantee compatibility with your existing system. Opened projectors returned with less than five hours of lamp use will incur a 40% restocking fee. We may refuse returns. Website and chat content is owned by or licensed to My Projectors and is protected by copyright law. Chat content is confidential and must not be copied or shared without written consent.
