Shipping

  • We use the following Courier Services: Australia Post, Allied Express, Couriers Please, Direct Freight, Fastway, Star Track Express, Toll Ipec.
  • Estimated delivery time as a guide is 

1-2 business day to Sydney, Brisbane/Gold Coast Metro, Melbourne Metro; 

2-3 business days to Adelaide Metro;
3-6 business days to Perth, Darwin and Hobart CBD.
Other outer area may take longer time.

  • Insurance is included for all freight for FREE for your peace of mind.
  • Please provide a non PO Box address if possible as courier cannot access to PO Boxes.
  • Delivery are made during business hours at any time. Please make sure someone is present at the premise during time of delivery. If after 2 delivery attempts by courier, a redelivery is required, a redelivery charge will be applied to the buyer.
  • Item are to be packaged properly, chances of a Dead on Arrival is minimal, in the case that it happens, please inform us within 3 days. Also please return to us with its original packaging in 5 days.

Warranty & Return

  • All items sold from My Projectors come with Australian manufacturer's warranty (We do not sell Grey Import) . Warranty period is stated in the listing, if you're uncertain, please feel free to contact us or the manufacturer.
  • For manufacturer's warranty , Warranty claim can be made directly with manufactrer or us. If contact are made directly to manufacturer/ vendor, it will expedite the process. Alternatively, customer can contact us.

  • Warranty will not cover if product have been misused or tampered or not used according to instruction.
  • No refund will be given if buyers change their mind or because of incorrect choice. Buyer have to bear cost of return item to base.
  • If NEW item (except projector screens) are to be returned, there will be a 30% restocking fee and must be return within 5 days. It must not be open, must be in its original packaging and brand new condition. We reserve the right to deny return if product does not meet above mentioned condition.  Strictly, we do not accept return for projector screen. Please choose carefully before placing order.
  • If item is confirmed Dead on Arrival, we will arrange courier to pick up. If buyer use own courier, we will reimburse up to a reasonable amount.
  • Under the warranty period, if return item are found not to be faulty, there will be a process and examination fee of $85, Buyer have to bear the cost of sending item back.
  • While the best effort are made to ensure every piece of information, pictures are correct/accurate, My Projectors cannot be accountable for any Errors.
# No refund will be given if buyers change their mind or  because of incorrect choice. Refund will be given in form of exchange store credit only, buyer have to bear cost of return item to base.
# If NEW item are to be return, there will be a 20% restocking fee and must be return within 10 days. It must not be open and must be in its original packaging and brand new condition. We reserve the right to deny return if product is not in above mentioned condition.  
# Under the warranty period, if return item are found not to be faulty, there will be a process and examination fee of $25, Buyer have to bear the cost of sending item back.
# While the best effort are made to ensure every piece of information, pictures are correct/accurate, ZettaByte Computers cannot be accountable for any Errors.
